The Sheraton Columbus Hotel at Capitol Square offers spacious king bed rooms with a great view of the capital building. However, some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness of their rooms and (Read More) the condition of the bathroom, including shower heads and wallpaper. The front desk staff could be more informative about breakfast prices. The hotel's downtown location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants, but parking can be challenging and the hotel is in need of a remodel.

Very good

Great location, excellent food and service

Room was clean and ready when we arrived.

Was not able to control room temperature. Very warm and uncomfortable at times.

Just Ok

Clean Spacious Maintenance assistance quickly

No trash bags in cans. The Tv didn't work on arrival. There was only one coffee packet for one cup. Parking too far away and $45 for valet parking! Light blinking and going out over the bathroom sink. No free beverage, coffee, for example, in the lobby.

Food and restaurant waitstaff was excellent. I liked that there was easy access to lots of outlets, no parking.

I didn't like that there was no alarm clock. I didn't like that the refrigerator seemed in the way. The floor wall protector near the bathroom came loose, the shower chair had no leg protectors.

Good location, poor value for money with staff who appeared disinterested

Good size room - but very dark good location for attending a conference nearby Bed comfortable - nice linen

The staff were not particularly helpful especially when trying to arrange transport to the airport when the marathon was going on; the business centre was not working; the breakfast was poor for the $20 charge
