Very good

Always love staying here when we are in town.

Location is great, staff is always friendly. King suite is super comfortable, beds are comfortable. Close walk to downtown. Always love staying here for Leaf games!

Toilet made a high pitch noise sometimes, had to fiddle with it. The little shop could have stocked diet coke or pepsi.

Nice staff are let down by a hotel that needs a major rehaul

Nice, friendly staff Recycling bins in the bathroom

Didnt feel clean - bath/shower had a lot of mold, room was sold as having a sofa bed, but the mattress looked ancient, there was a smell of old smoke and river view was almost completely obscured by dirty windows.

Disappointing

Nice room but very out dated and over priced

They over charged me still waiting for my refund. Messes up my bank acct by taking it out twice instead of just adjusting the price and giving me back the difference. Still waiting for my money

centrally located and in historical area.

limited room for rideshare/waiting made it tricky to get into vehicle w wheelchair, as we had to walk down the street to a safe place as the waiting area was always full. Coffee station was usually empty or old.

Good property, avoid the breakfast buffet.

Rooms were well sized and decent quality for the price paid for a downtown hotel. Great location, onsite restaurant and bar are a huge plus when you're tired and just want to stay in.

Breakfast buffet is worse than most. Very overpriced, not well/consistently stocked (food or dishes), and service staff was virtually absent (couldn't get coffee or water at our table).
