our first room smelled like cigarettes and the other room they switched us into smelled like poop. The jacuzzi was broken. the heat was broken (but they fixed it)

Okayish! Breakfast, bed and location.

Location - can hit the main roads out from Valencia for day excursion in 5 minutes and not far from centres bustle. Had good restaurants around.

It was the perfect location as we were going to a show 50 yards away

We didn't want breakfast, but we would have liked a coffee . The coffee shop doesn't open until 10 ,which is too late for us. There was a nice cafe a short walk away ,so no major issue.

Good

Beautiful view from the 14th floor. Bed big and comfortable. Good breakfast. Good sauna and free.Bus stop just on the corner. Many bars and restaurants are nearby.

The room needs updating. Shabby furniture. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for those who order Superior is shame. The pool is located outside the hotel building, although it is covered.

The view from the window, good food.

- There were no slippers or bath robes in the room, although the room was booked for 2 people. I asked for 2 pairs of slippers and bathrobes - I got 1 bathrobe less. - The water in the bathroom sink was standing and not draining, so it splashed on my face or hands. - There is no access to free water in the room, you have to buy it (or do you think it's enough to keep 2 little bottles of 0.3 in the minibar?) - There is no way to drink tea or coffee in the room, and coffee in the lobby costs 4 euros (I paid for it, but this is a collection of people's tributes). - I didn't get a discount at the reception when I told them I was staying alone and not with my boyfriend. - I didn't receive a single gift or compliment from the hotel on my birthday. - Most of the staff don't speak any English, which made it difficult to communicate. - The staff are not trained to speak, but will turn around and leave if you start to speak to them in English. Did I not pay enough to be treated like this? - I did not receive 5% from the partnership with Booking and Wizzair, even though I wrote about it in my message to you! If you didn't understand what we were talking about, or didn't support such a promotion, you should have written about it, not left a message with no reply.
