Would happily stay here again

Location is everything with this hotel. Being able to go out on the balcony and look down on the hustle and bustle in the plaza below - both in the day and at night is fantastic (so book the slightly more expensive room to get this). The secondary double glazing kills all external noise really well. Room was a decent size, with nice size bathroom and lots of storage options. It's true that they don't replenish the tea / coffee or provide milk - but there is a vending machine by the lockers downstairs that produces a passable coffee - or do what we did and buy the bits and pieces at a supermarket and you're sorted for the week (fridge in room for milk). Staff were all very pleasant - although we are very low maintenance, so only really said hello and goodbye! Room was serviced very nicely each day. Didn't try breakfast as lots of options nearby - but always seemed popular with other guests.

Worst stay ever. Will never start again. Should never recommend this to good travellers

1. The front office staff was rude and inflexible 2. The rooms are tiny beyond imagination 3. No help by anyone to accommodate any help. The rooms on the first floor as if you are living on the street. My worst experience in 30 yrs of travelling. Pls dont stay in this very rude hotel

Cant wait to return and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect in the centre near all the Xmas activities.

Rooms were slightly compact but contained everything you would need.

It was good value for money, with perfect location and a very nice breakfast.

Location is perfect! On a beautiful square with stunning old buildings, a fountain and many restaurants. It is also very convenient that the train station is a 5 minute walk away. We got our room with a wonderful view of the square. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, tasty food and good selection of local delicacies.

Our room was a bit too small and without soundproofing. It was clearly stated in our booking, so there are no complaints. But next time I'd choose a room with more space and with sound proof because we could hear guests from other rooms very well :)

The property is amazingly located and very clean warm (as it was winter) staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee making facilities and a free fridge.

Superb

Location is perfect. Our room had a side-view to the square, and was a bit small but in general - it was enough for our 2 days stay. Breakfast is just good with enough options butdo not skip small croissants with chocolate cream ! Those were perfect.
