    Nice stay amidst the forest
    The place has surely a lot of potential, it is set in a beautiful secluded location, surrounded by the forest. The units are spacious and clean, hot springs and swimming pools are a plus. We liked the food but I would suggest adding a few more western positions for breakfast. Dinner was fine, very tasty. It would be nice to have a cafeteria where to enjoy light snacks during the day since the place is very far from everything. Yoga courses/ massages would be a huge success.

    Overall, very nice stay, it has potential to be better.
    It is peaceful. The hot spring is relaxing. The pool is nice. The staff is nice.
    There is no choice in food and only Malaysian food.

    Everything about the resort was awesome. To include lunch also and have a cafe in the resort
    The route to the Resort was rather scary roads were narrow

    The room, hot pool and the location are excellent, but the food is a let down for the price we pay.
    Not much choice. Don't even serve hard boiled or half boiled eggs. Request for half boiled eggs turned down.
    Did not serve lunch. Have to drive outside to buy food. Dinner was not impressive. Lack of activities,other than hanging around the hot and cold pools.

    Beautiful location, well maintained, clean sheets and clean room, meals included
    1. The staff didnt clean our room after 1N, they only replaced the towels 2. No toothbrush/paste given 3. Its abit secluded would be best if they could provide some activities within the place apart from feeding fish 4. No security guard, which we learnt on the 2nd day and felt abit unsecured lol

    Very serene and beautiful place. Great escape from the city. The forest is all around you and youre surrounded by the river and lots of birds. So amazing!
