Superb

Good holiday house near the beach.

It was clean, There were nice touches, such as the provision of milk and tea,. t was a good location to get to the beach. Free internet. Two bathrooms.

Having to put the bins out although the host did offer to do this! Lots of instructions before the trip. Perhaps a little by less at the start, with the rest on arrival.

Lovely little break.

Perfect host perfect house perfect location.

Gina was in contact with us all the time and the house was like a home from home. Clean and tidy and has everything we needed. From opening the door to a lovely fresh smell to the milk in the fridge and all the team and coffee making facilities.

Great location, cleanliness, facilities, comfort and host

Excellent location and short walk from Broadstairs beach, shops and restaurants. In a quiet cul-de-sac with parking on the drive way. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Gina lives nearby and quickly helped, when we locked ourselves out. Great communication, ensuring we had everything we needed and also good knowledge of restaurants and the area in general. Small downstairs toilet with a great shower in the new side extension. Main bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. Lovely courtyard, with table and chairs to seat 6, a suntrap in the afternoons. All round excellent property and host. I would recommend highly. Thank you Gina, for everything.

Twin beds great for kids but very low to the floor. My 80 year old mum decided they were too low for her. I honestly can't think of anything else. It is a great holiday rental - just perfect.
