Very good

We enjoyed it very much and would return if we come back to Broadstairs

We liked it very much.

I have poor vision and there was no lighting from the first set of steps from the road to the accommodation and lighting on the stairs could have been brighter.

nice old house central to town, great food, friendly owners

breakfast was excellent, particularly waffles and fruit salad

our room could have been warmer as there were sometimes draughts

Lovely b&b, ideal for a short stay

Excellent location near to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Free parking on site. Lily and Jenny made us very welcome.

Very quaint and very clean, bed was incredible so comfortable! Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! Will be staying again if we visit broadstairs.

The room was lovely and had a view of their beautiful garden. The hosts were incredible, and the breakfasts were sensational. It is walking distance to the shops, beaches and public transport. I would definitely return to this wonderful B&B.
