    Sea Steps By Lowkl is a quiet resort located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a big shower and nice furnishings. The pool area is beautiful and there are many spots to (Read More)relax. However, some reviewers mentioned issues with the uncomfortable bed and the need for better body wash. Despite these minor flaws, the overall stay was enjoyable, with amazing service and attention to detail. The location is perfect, within minutes of the beach, shops, and restaurants.

    Not enough information was provided when checking in on how to use the key pad. Realized the door doesn't lock automatically and just happened to figure out how to lock it from the outside. No tissues in room Pool was not heated day of arrival TV in room 32 was crappy with white line going down the screen. No local channels to access. Roku remote was horrible to use. Not sure if battery issue. Hot water took 20 min to heat up to shower. Shampoo and conditioner provided was so bad. Had to was dishes in the bathroom sink.

    Disappointing stay with lack of communication and cleanliness. Would not recommend
    Good location
    Broken fridge took two days to fix and spoilt all my food that I paid for Blood and fluid on bed sheets when we arrived Communication was lacking. We had different people responding and then just ignored when complaining. No internet consistency. Internet was lacking connection and very poor This place is lacking the personal attention and care that it deserves.

    I've stayed here before. It's convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants and the beach
    The code to our room didn't work. It was hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. Internet wasn't very good this time either in the beds are not comfortable anymore. Time for some new mattresses

    It was nice and cozy, but thin walls (could just be bad weather).
    The room was quite clean and cozy and was well equipped with utensils, dishes, and microwaves. The towels and bathroom are spot clean as well. Checking in was easy and the instruction was clear.
    Maybe it was just the bad weather: when I visited there was a storm. I could hear the wind and everything outside of my room, including cars and people closing doors. The lights was not bright enough in my opinion.

    The drain cover in the shower was not attached and could be moved or slipped on during shower. There was also a hole in the shower stall on the far side.
