good venue, good beer, nice town.

telly too complicated. Took my friend - pretty tech-savvy - three hours to become half-way proficient at getting channels. Radio also not easy - I took half an hour just to find radio4.

Excellent location, property and host!

Spotlessly clean, excellently provisioned cottage. The cottage was spot on for our week away. Walking distance to the centre of Broadstairs and lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Tucked away on a residential street it was quiet (apart from the seagulls who are loud!) and felt like a home from home with pretty much everything you need and all in good condition/looked after. Having a small garden to sit outside and eat on the bench was lovely. Stella's communication was excellent, everything was straightforward and easy.

As someone else mentioned, the bed for two adults could be a bit comfier/ bigger and the parking is challenging - it's a narrow street and you can't guarantee you'll be by the cottage. That said, the cars do frequently move so if one time you have to park a little further away, the next time you might get a spot outside the front door - it really wasn't that difficult (there are lots of free roads around the cottage).

The property has everything you can possibly need during your stay. The owners must have thought long and hard about peoples requirements and they have achieved every possible need. The property was clean and spacious, the owners should be commended for their eye for detail. We will definitely recommend and look to stay there should we come back.

Perfect Seaside Getaway

A fabulous time with our two young children. Parking was fine, great garden space and fabulous facilities, bed really comfy and everything you need. So close to all local beaches and ideal for a quick weekend away at the seaside.
