Lots of open space in front of rooms
Wash basin does not work Breakfast available only by 10 AM Windows have gaps. Mosquito problem. Very uncertain whether dinner or lunch will be available or after how many hours. TV did not work at all in both rooms despite their efforts. TV remote not available. One room key was not available and was to be opened with adjacent room key

Has so much more potential, Yet a worthwhile stay
Love the location, it's closer to beach. Has amazing small garden/lawn, they have some indoor games for entertainment. Lunch dinner breakfast snacks are given very systematically with proper arrangements. Rooms are quite spacious. Staff is lovely, responsive and quick, always with a smile. The manager personally would ask for feedback, be it food, stay or whatever. Staff is the main reason I would wanna come back and have the pleasure to stay there..!
Bathroom is one of the major drawbacks/weaknesses. The bedroom could be more comfortable with warm lights and ambient lighting. The AC was so old that there was a pool of water in the middle of the night. The mattress could have been soft. Bathroom is in major need of update to maintain hygiene standards. A bottle of water, a kettle and instant coffee or tea would have been cheery on the cake.

Not at all recommended for stay. 3k / day high cost compared to facilities.
Pool area , Room was nice.
Toilet is too small as compared to photos shown on website. Bucket mug WC not clean. No water supply since 6.30am till 9am on 2nd day. unable to brush. No one was available nearby to contact with till 8.30am not on phone also. Drinking water not available. Need to buy distilled water. No toiletries. Handed over room keys on next (2nd) day after requesting 4 to 5 times. Towels not provided on 2nd day after requesting also. No tea breakfast till 9am. Burnt khichadi provided at dinner. All sliders, swing and see saws rusted. You can't take your kid near it. Indoor games are misplaced and not maintained properly.like broken badminton, no ball with bat except carrom board. After advance booking amount they demanded remaining full amount in cash on arrival itself. Parking not covered. Delayed service.

Room description not appropriate.
The staff was courteous!
Booking on booking.com showed room with terrace, however the resort manager told us that for every room it shows room with terrace and gave us standard ac room which was very tiny and inconvenient for this rate.

The location of the property is apt, staff was very polite and helpful. The food was actually better than any restaurants around the property. All in all a very good location.
