Perfect stay for travel

Room is clean, staff is nice, balcony have perfect view of lake, city, mountain view

If stay highfloor, there is no lift. need to carry luggage to the floor

Disappointing

- Spacious rooms and I enjoyed the style of the room. - Good location.

- We were given a room on the second floor which probably has the worst view of the hotel (facing a dirty roof taking half of the view). We asked reception about another room but they had nothing available as they were fully booked and we were supposed to stay for 3 nights - We found the beds extra hard and gave us a slight back pain. - We asked for a taxi to be arranged at checkout but nothing was done until we asked again for the 3rd time the next morning, perhaps due to limited English level. So if you want the nice view which is a big highlight of this place, try to avoid the second floor.

The hotel is very near the centre and the main attractions. The girl at the reception was very kind and she helped us organize a tour.

Good value, great location

Location good. Close to town centre but far enough away from noisy town. Beds were firm but comfortable. Good views.

A little bit tired. Needs painting in spots and sink was slow to empty.

Superb

A cosy and contemplative stay

The entire team of the hotel makes one feel welcomed. The breakfast was amazing, the view from the rooms were astounding, the rooms were spacious and filled with modern amenities. All in all, it was an exceptional stay.

There is nothing in this hotel that I disliked.

Lily, the receptionist, was AMAZING. What a wonderful person. So helpful, kind and available. The manager was awesome too. He helped me to book a train and a car from Hanoi to sapa and offered me few options for tours after I asked for it.
