Overall, it was awesome staying there!

Everything! The room was amazing, the location was great walkable to anywhere, and there are convenient stores right in front, staff are helpful and nice!

If you book the rooms 7th floor and above up to 10th, there wont be any lift but stairs, so you have to bring all your stuff up thru stairs. It was worth the stay, but it is not friendly for people who arent able to use stairs or people on wheelchairs.

The hotel was great and so beautiful with a mesmerising view of mountains! we had a nice breakfast!

Maybe, the only point was about the bathroom which took more than an hour to get warm! Finally, we ended up changing our room! But this won't change the score of 10 for this property!

Nice view rooms with great staff but with facilities premises less suitable for cold wheather

The rooms were nice with great view to valley and city. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They helped us with tours we were interested as well treated with hot tea when I got cold.

Breakfast was in the premises where all windows were open. Since it is very cold outside in the morning you have to eat with jackets and you are still cold. The top three flours do not have elevator thus if you are sensitive to that it is better to ask for rooms at floors 1-7. The street is under construction thus the car is not able to pick from hotel door and it requires some walk.

Beautiful view & great location in town. Just be aware of the road construction right in front of the hotel making i

Beautiful mountain view at the balcony and breakfast restaurant. Spacious rooms and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathrooms.

There was no mention of the road construction right in front of the hotel during or after booking the hotel. We got a rude shock when the taxi driver dropped us off a few doors away from the hotel at what looked like the aftermath of an earthquake area. The toilets of the hotel is a little cold. There were heating bulbs and these are not working. Hot water seems to be running for a while and after that only cold water comes out of the shower. Highly unpleasant during winter in Sapa.

The bed was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was superb. Many restaurants near by. Beautiful view and great rate. Staff were helpful. . Greatly recommended to stay at this hotel.
