Exceptional

nice, neat hotel, near the road, but quiet, peaceful. a wonderful view of the valley can be seen from the window of the room. there is a karaoke cafe next door, but its music didn't bother us at all. the staff is amazing. we will definitely stay at that hotel when we return to Sapa

Nothing. Do not stay here

The breakfast was horrible, I asked if they had butter and they said they had run out! We arrived early in the morning as we took the overnight train and were very tired, we asked if we could check in early and they said it would be a 50% charge of what we paid that day!!! We decided to pay the early check in as we were exhausted. We also paid for late check out when leaving as our train was at night.. another 50% charge! The hotel wasnt fully booked and our rooms werent being used, its awful they charged us. The room smelt and the whole hotel was SO COLD. The stuff was not helpful, only had one person who understood slight English. Once we left the hotel I realised I left my sentimental bracelet, I have emailed the hotel numerous times and have not heard anything back!!!!! Not happy at all

Mao the receptionist made our stay

Mao at reception was so helpful and friendly made our stay so enjoyable. She was so enthusiastic and really made our stay, Views were great also

breakfast was disappointing when we came down everything was gone including coffee and did not get refilled and this was still with an hour of breakfast left

Great staff & value for money

The staff where amazing. We arrived by bus around 6am and the staff allowed us to check in our room early for 50% cost of a nightly fee. On our last day, we got upgraded for free to a Mountain View room which is definitely worth booking over the standard balcony room. The views are amazing. The location is great and only 5 minutes walk to Sapa town. Amazing Mountain Views all around. Great value for money. The lady on reception during our stay was particularly helpful in planning activities for our stay.

Our first room was loud due to the road (second room on higher floor was much better). Breakfast could be improved, we didnt eat that. Lamp, TV, fridge was broken in our room. But staff helped to rectify it quickly upon reporting it.

Wouldn't stay again.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was good to go hiking.

The hotel was filthy, and all the walls and surfaces in our room were covered with dirty marks and general grime. The dining area was also extremely dirty. The whole hotel needs a top to bottom clean. The shelving in our room wasn't secured to anything and proved extremely dangerous.

My Sa Pa experience was almost ruined by this hotel. Never would stay here again !

Hotel is away from main area, so in theory should be quieter.

Not quiet at all ! Constant motorbike noise until late night and starts very early in the morning. Hotel is very outdated. Everything feels and smells wet. Aircon smells very bad. Seems that pictures were taken when hotel was just built. Everything is 15 minutes walk up very steep and narrow road. No safe box in the room.

I really think the hotel should do big renovation. Everything is old and does not look clean. Especially the bed sheets, they are very old, color is turning to yellow and super soft. My friend and I did not enjoy the bed at all. Door to balcony was almost broken, and can not be lock, every time going out we spend at least 10 mins trying to lock it. Even the receptionist came but can not do it too, only done when technician came, but really difficult to use. Bathroom facilities are poor and old, fan is not working. Receptionist we met at the first day was very helpful and friendly, but not the others.
