Location, friendly staff, view. Very important: during winter season a heating function of air-conditioning can be very useful and my room had it.

The sincerity and hospitality from Mr. Toa and his wife are things that we'll be missed...

I had a very pleasant stay in Hung Vuong Hotel. The hospitality and kindness of the owner/manager: Mr. Toa (sorry if I misspelled the name incorrectly) and his wife are comforting us, especially helping us finding the taxi with the normal rate to the bus station in early morning. I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend this hotel and comeback on the next trip to Sapa. Everyrthing works in the room.

The owner is so kind. Upgrading the room for us. Beautiful view from the room. Have a heater, hairdryer. Location is at the center of Sapa. Easy to walk anywhere around.

The toilet is not separate, when Taking a bath it wet.

Location: Near to Church and Sun Plaza. At the center (most happening place) in Sapa. There's an alley beside the hotel, which is a shortcut to Cau May Walking Street. Room: Clean and big. They even upgraded our room. Service: Super good. Mr Dao is very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amazing accomodation! Best host!

This was the best accommodation ever! The staff was amazing. They waited for us as we arrived during night a prepared tea and refreshments for us. They even packed a snack for us when we left. Great host! Absolutely recommend and thank you so much :)

The hotel is located in the center, everything was very close (restaurants, bus station, funicular station etc.). The bed was comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful, we received a welcome tea and when we checked out we got a goodbye package (water and snacks) which we found very kind. The laundry service is amazing, they were really quick. The breakfast was delicious.

The wall was a bit mouldy but it is probably due to the climate. In the bathroom there was no glass wall between the toilet and the shower, so the floor got wet when taking the shower. The wifi was weak, but we had mobile internet anyway so it was ok.
