Nice little hotel in Sapa

The hotel is in a great location, the staff are really good. The restaurant downstairs had some lovely food, and the coffee was the best I had in Sapa.

I got the last room and it must of been a smoking room, it was a bit like sleeping in an ashtray. I did arrive late so nothing could have been done.

It's OK.

There is a younger male receptionist, he is brilliant and friendly. Location is unbeatable. Ladies at breakfast/restaurant are super nice.

There is a mid aged male receptionist, he need some training because of his attitude. Eventually its a service not a favor from him to guests. There should be a re-paint (marking on the wall to install TV's are still visible), aircon is noisy but when I mentioned another room was offered. Overall the whole building needs some maintenance.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The position is perfect, a few steps from the central square and the many restaurants and bars available. The staff was also amazing, they helped us with a lot of information and took our luggage free of charge while we went for a hike around the city.

Excellent hotel in "Sapa"

Room size was well enough. Bath room and its water pressure was very good. Daily buffet breakfast was very tasty. Their treditional soup was very good. Daily we had it ( 03 Days).Front reception girl always with fascinating look and smiling. They gave us a early check in because we came from Halong bay early morning. Also all the staff were very helpful. There was a young boy in front area ,he also very very helpful. Their luggage storage was very helpful ,because we went to another hotel for another 03 days with a light bags .Recommending this hotel those who planning to go Sapa and "Francipan" mountain. Thanks again for all staff members. Special thanks for front reception girl and young boy.

Lovely manager/receptionist at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful booking trips during our stay. The bed was comfortable, bed linen very clean. The restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious cappuccino.

Unfortunately its looking a bit tired.

Excellent Hotel with courteous staff.

Vinh is very helpful in explaining places to go in SAPA, in fact he warned me not to eat the street food at the night market. He even buy for me the tickets to SAPA at a discount.

It's in the center of downtown.

I am very satisfied with this hotel for the price. It is in the center of the city, so transportation is convenient. It is convenient to go to Fansipan and it is also good to walk around Sapa Lake. If I go to Sapa again, I will stay at this hotel. Early check-in was also possible.
