Relaxed stay that's truly dog friendly, but totally focussed on young child (1-9 year old) families!

RELAXED ATMOSPHERE, LOCATION, SPACE BETWEEN ACCOMODATION, VERY DOG FRIENDY

NO DISHWASHER / BEDDING WAS MUSKY / SINK & LOO WEREN'T VERY CLEAN / ENTERTAINMENT WAS TOTALLY FOCUSSED ON KIDS - WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A 21.00 CURFEW FOR UNDER 15 YEAR OLD AND MORE ADULT ENTERTAINMENT / BAR CLOSED TOO EARLY / BOOKING FOR A BEAUTY TREATMENT WAS IMPOSSIBLE - I WENT INTO THE RECEPTION (RETREAT) AND WAS TOLD TO "SEND AN EMAIL AND HOPE THEY GET BACK TO YOU IN TME" / ALL DOG BOWLS (NOT MANY AROUND AND NONE AVAILABLE IN THE CLUBHOUSE) WERE EITHER EMPTY OR FULL OF GREEN, MOLDY WATER, LEAVES, DIRT

Put more effort in your propaties.

Beautiful sensory around the property, lovely little shop on site.

Property needs a bit of tlc things was falling apart ie radiators, blinds, walls and windows one window came open in the night by the wind we couldnt shut it and had to crawl under it to get out property and have it open all night. Also not enough toilet paper for 9 people there was only 3! Beautiful location but this property is not with the money unfortunately. Also no information about anything to do on sites or whats around to do. Wont be returning

no wifi in the caravan. phone signal in the whole of the park was very poor. the bar was more of a restaurant, than a bar. But generally pleasant for what we wanted.

Budgets to suit most people available. Great location and good facilities on site.

Really cosy property (Esme) the flamingo one! Excellent heating and hot water shower. Everything we needed in the kitchen area. TVs in both bedrooms and huge telly in living room. Kids entertainment was ok, we did only go along once. Well equipped gym.

Round pink chairs too big for the compact room. Beds were a little soft which we found uncomfortable. The soft play area is filthy. Thick layers of dust all around. We were disappointed with the food at Aubreys. We had the burger which was very dry. Way too much garlic mayo and the fries were caked in salt. And its not even cheap eats, it was quite expensive. The kids dessert was strawberries and cream, but they didnt have any strawberries so we were told it would be raspberries. Thats fine, but we were given three tiny raspberries - not great. Changing rooms and loungers around the pool are very dirty.

Bed mattress Space is limited especially for family We got two caravans but they were far from one another and hence despite going as a family, we were separated

Loved the surrounding setting and entertainment but accommodation needed some work.

I liked how remote it was. Nice splash of modern in there too. Good set out.

I didnt like the smell of damp when you walked in. The overflow on sink was disconnected we discovered which Im guessing is causing the damp smell. The sink in bathroom dripped. The double bed dipped in the middle.
