Ive paid less for a far better experience.

The employees are phenomenal!! Out going and dedicated the resort and customer experience.

The food, the facilities the lack of communication about what was happening on the resort. Wi-Fi was horrible and their app hardly worked when you could get the WiFi to work. The beach was all rocks!!

Great stay for a family vacation

A lot of activities included and great food in main restaurants. Very good option for a familiy vacation. Daily room cleaning service. Great night shows and music. Make reservations for Japanese and brazilian restaurants, these are highly recommended.

Cleaning in the room bathroom could be better. Some corners were not fully cleaned. Not much food variety at snack restaurant. Try to eat at the main restaurants, food is great there. Beach is nice to rest but not the best for swimming (has rocks).

Nice stay, good value for money, but not superb

huge area, with plenty of nature , you can see many animals like monkeys, despite being big hotel you feel intimate within living area

understaffed, long cues to buffets, not possible to have a sit for evening shows if not 1h before reserving sits, no snack options between main meals, very hard to book any "extra" activities as you can book them only in the morning for the next day = long cues at 8:00 in the morning, terrible beach, rocky and very small

Stressful when I needed to relax with my family

The kids loved the aqua park

Didnt like the food reservation system, stressful & unrelaxing. Staff were rude when you tried to book meals or order things on the menu. Saying they werent on it the machine was broken. The cappuccino machine was broken for 4 out of our 5 days. Rooms not close together & my kids couldnt be with us as they were out in the family section & we were in the adult sectionthe whole point of our trip, to be together!!! VERY disappointed

We went as a family with children and the variety of activities provided for kids and adults was nice!!!

I didnt like the constant would you like spa like I had to avoid eye contact just hoping to not be asked. I was not a huge fan of the reservation system for dinners outside of the buffets. And the towel situation is awful!! Tokens for towels. Im not trying to steal towels I should not have to worry about if someone other than my party grabs the wrong one and leaves me short or make sure I have a time. To get a towel.

Would not rebook this property

Eco friendly. Helpful staff.

No usable beach. Buffet crowded and poor quality food. Specialty restaurants often closed. Too far from Playa del Carmen.

Very good

The wildlife is amazing!!! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The beach is a bit rocky but beautiful still. A lot of action and different things going on at all times. Fun place to stay!!

The sit down restaurants were not the best. But, the buffet style restaurants made up for it, you could always find something great there!
