Very good

The location was great and I was able to do an early check-in which helped start my trip off well!

The desk could have used a lamp. I did some work there and visibility was quite poor because the ceiling lights were quite far away

Location was great (near Rogers Arena), Shark Club was right downstairs. Bed was fairly comfortable.

The room was a lot smaller than expected. It appeared to have not been cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom.

Very good

The Diva (that's her name) that checked me in was amazing! So helpful and a quick painless check-in with her. Location was great as we attended a Canucks game only a few minute walk and we were in the arena.

The renovation is still going over a year after our last visit, waiting on elevators for long periods most times, the hot tub isn't a hot tub when only 98

Cheap and good value for location and what you get.

The location was perfect for all the activities and sightseeing we done on our visit to Vancouver. The Staff were helpful. The standard room was a fine size for couples.

There was construction happening which limited us to some of the facilities otherwise they were just closed in general (gym, smoking deck). Room service came late (3pm) so we had been out all day from 10am and arrived back at 3pm to have to leave again. No fan or ventilation in bathroom so condensation was bad.

Good Value for Money in Vancouver

Hotel is located in a central area close to BC Place and Rogers Place.

A desk lamp and floor lamp were missing one of two lightbulbs. Bulb was replaced in the floor lamp. The table lamp had to be completely replace. The front desk and maintenance staff were prompt and professional dealing with the situation.
