    Stayed at SANA to celebrate NYE and my husband 25th!Hotel was perfect for a chilled stay:)
    Hotel is really lovely, rooms and bed cosy and comfortable! Pool and sauna was nice. Staff helpful and organised birthday decorations and cakes to celebrate.
    Could have more toiletries and tea in the room Pool area could be bigger as it was quite busy with children too.

    The hotel is luxurios and nice. The Christmas decorations and New Years Eve dinner were wonderful. They offered neckleces as a takeaway at the NYE dinner and it was a nice touch.
    The attention to cleaning and small details could change the entire experience. I think the hotel is very understaffed amd the existing personel are trying to cover as much as possible.

    will definitely stay there again but we hope that they do a better job next time
    The location is ideal for us, close to everything we like about Berlin. The breakfast is also excellent and very diverse with fresh ingredients every day. Most importantly, the staff are fantastic especially at breakfast. By the second day they remember what you like.
    This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time we were very satisfied with the cleaning. However, the second time we were not really satisfied with the cleaning. We generally only allow cleaning every other day as we try to be sustainable. in the course of 7 days, we allowed cleaning three times. In those times, we did not get fresh sheets at all. We had to ask for fresh sheets and change the sheets ourselves.

    Breakfast was nice but could have bigger selection of warm stuff- eggs, veggies etc. Stuff was very helpful and responsive. Location was very convenient and close to Kudam. Room was very big and very comfortable. Having pool in the city- bonus, although its pretty small and not very warm. Decor and design of the hotel- very nice!
    Would be nice if the water in the pool was warmer in the winter. Portuguese restaurant in the hotel could have better food- appetizers were good, main dishes not so much.

    Clean and Spacious room with a kitchen
    The room we stayed in was more spacious than expected, equipped with a kitchen, a large fridge, a washing machine, and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was very tasty, and we also enjoyed the hotel's pool. The hotel is situated in a quiet area. Depending on the destination lines, it's a few to several minutes' walk to the subway stations, making it easy to reach the city center of Berlin.
    Most of the staff were kind and friendly, but unfortunately, a few were not.

    Mold in the swimming pool - Rooms not very clean - Polite Hotel Staff - Good breakfast -
    Breakfast was good and the hotel staff polite.
    We booked the deluxe double room with breakfast just for one night 5-6/12 with my partner before we fly back home after reading the positive reviews and checking that the hotel has sauna and swimming pool. For just one night we paid 179.29 and in the price it is included a 10% discount due to Genius2. We arrived in the hotel late in the afternoon of 5/12 and only in the reception we were informed the sauna was out of order. When we went in the room the shades were not working and we had to wait for the technician to first come in the room to check that indeed there is problem and then we could ask for a room change. All this took more or less an hour. In the first room we were given there was also a defect lamp. The shades not working meant we were totally exposed to the residents from the buildings across the street as the window expands on the whole one side of the room and the window glass has no mirroring effect. Being made from glass the bathroom wall as well made the whole situation extremely uncomfortable. We then had been given another room similar to the first one with working shades. We went for a short time outside of the hotel to come back quickly and go the the swimming pool before it closes. The view of the swimming pool was unfortunately disgusting being full of mold and very very dirty. How is it possible a 4 star hotel to have a pool with mold? We then asked to speak with the manager but of course there was no manager at 23:00 only the Hotel Staff, who all of them have been polite but not the responsible ones to speak. Above all the already mentioned we realised only in the morning before go to the airport that in our new room also the spoons next to the complimentary coffee had not been cleaned from the previous visitors and there was also a coffee spot on the floor. These last things in the room were minor things. The mold in the pool is extremely dangerous and a health hazard. Since 7DEC23 we are waiting for a full refund through...

    Wouldnt choose to stay again.
    Stayed here 22/12-28/12. Checking in was strange. There were two female staff members at the desk who seemed to be passing the time of day chatting with a couple for what seemed like ages looking at something on a computer screen leaving us standing there feeling awkward! Not once did they look at us obviously waiting to check in with cases at our feet. It just needed one of them to say we will be with you in a minute but it didnt happened. Eventually we were attended to and It wasnt a nice friendly smile that one would usually expect as you check in, it wasnt rude either just a little off and unwelcoming! We were given room 537 a huge corner junior suite. This room in my opinion is absolutely not worth the extra cost! Yes it has a lovely big bath and a separate super rain shower. There were also 2 WCs one with a glass sliding door that doesnt quite close and slides open on its own if youre not stopping it leaving you exposed to the world! (Very odd, who wants to see someone sitting on a toilet?) The other a proper private one with a fully shutting door I was relieved to find. I found the lay out of the room was just mostly wasted space and quiet annoying really. The large double bed was very comfortable I must admit but only one side of it has a table so everything you needed in the night had to be placed on the floor if you were the unfortunate one sleeping on that side of the bed! The tea making tray was hidden away in a pokey little hole under the safe so to make tea you had to get down to the floor to plug in the kettle. Theres so much space in the room just have a table in the corner with a plug at waist height! Not a single USB point or desk if you happened to want to work, just a annoying round table with 2 totally unsuitable low seats round it. All the seating in the room was actually really uncomfortable as was the seating in the unattractive foyer and bar area.

    Stylish hotel in convenient location
    We enjoyed our stay at SANA, the room was both stylish & functional, with lots of storage room as well as all the amenities we could need. We also enjoyed the cocktail menu of the bar located just off the lobby. The hotel is walkable to the shopping district & zoo, as well as transit. In addition to our hotel room, we booked a multi-room for 3 family members, and they were happy with the room- appreciating the kitchenette and shared seating area.
