Good place to be ON the beach

The hotel has clearly been renovated a time or two, but overall a clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff were kind and helpful and the resort gym was a great perk, with all the equipment you could want/need. The spa staff were skilled as well as polite, and even provided tips on where to find the best breakfast. Old San Juan is a 10 min drive or 50 min walk/bike ride away. Beach access is on the property and chairs/umbrellas are provided and set up for you by staff.

Not all the hotel elevators were operational and the ones that were are a bit shaky. There was construction taking place by the pool which made it less than ideal. Water bottle refill station was rusty and the filter had not been changed. There's a 1-1.5" gap under most hotel room doors which meant that light and sound come through readily, so light sleepers be warned.

It was nice but I will probably book else where on the island next time

I loved how clean it was and the staff is very nice

The hot tub was closed and the beach is not swimmable due to the current and the amount of rocks we also lost power for a few hours for some unknown reason. It was only our hotel

Our friends had spoken very highly of the hotel, and they were disappointed as well

Our breakfast at the buffet was not good! The birds!! The food was not great - french toast dry, omelets had no flavor. Very disappointed with a cost of $40!

Only one elevator was working. My fiance dropped of key to the room at the spa to give after my appt. They didn't give it to me and I had to wander around hotel tryingto to fine him in order to get in our room!

Nothing special here except the exuberant price!

Friendly staff- rooms are clean and ordinary The beach is nice!

Lots of construction- loss of amenities due to construction. Food and drinks are mediocre at best and over priced. Rooms are ordinary, nothing special but priced as extravagant. Definitely an older property thats been moderately updated. No value here!!
