Well appointed but not worth the many (many!) additional costs

Well located with a great view to NYE fireworks on the marina. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free kayaking was lovely and a great way to end our trip.

This property is so overpriced for whats on offer - we thought breakfast was included but were told to pay $29pp and coffee was extra! Restaurant/room service is so expensive for pretty average menu, and you have to pay for parking (even though general public diners can park for free? It makes no sense!). The room had space for up to 4 people but was just missing things you would think were logical (glasses for more than 2 people, more than one chair outside on the patio area, couch cushions to lie on). We wanted to love it but it just really fell short of our expectations.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Resort and room lovely and clean. Some great restuarants nearby. Lovely outlook and views. Beautiful. Will be coming back but staying longer than 1 night.

Very good

A refreshing relaxing stay.

All the facilities were up to the level you'd expect from a Rydges hotel. This particular one has the calmness of the waterfront over one side and the shopping options over the other one, perfectly located.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location

Very high end amenities. Great location. Right on the water/marina. Easy parking (small fee required)

Room was a bit dated. Expectations were high after walking through the high end foyer/lobby with stunning bar/restaurant and pool area. Rooms feel neglected in way of dated decor however was kept to a high standard and very clean and comfortable.

Quick stop, great location.

Good location, reception/front desk staff were lovely. Food was yum.

Breakfast staff seemed to be very absent minded. Dirty dishes placed beside fresh fruit, and some patrons used them. The aircon didn't work, made for a stuffy night.
