The whole set up.

Would have been nice to have your own BBQ on your deck, but their are several around the resort but you might feel like your invading someones space if your bungalow was not in the same proximity. That would be the only thing..

It was a great place

Everything was great though during the summer season not to have aircon in games room and gym was a big challenge. I had to work a few days from for my job and my only break from sitting in one spot on my computer is the gym - though the fans were blowing out heat and air on wasn't working. Also the children couldn't bare the heat playing table tennis it was much muggy in the games room and fans were no located for the children's games area

No aircon in gym - fan wasn't sufficient No cooling system for games room.for the children The property management need to factor in its summer and proper cooling system must be situated in the common areas

Nice large bungalows and the lagoon

Very strict on smoking, rough paving which was uncomfortable to walk barefoot on and the kids could not skate on.

Superb

Best trip by far!

Canoeing and many fun activities. And you could stay there all day it was that good with many activities in the area.

This is really hard but I thought that the upstairs bedroom was quite dusty but other than that it was really good! Also, I didnt really enjoy that all the bathrooms where downstairs, cause at night you would have to go all the way down just to use it which to me was unnecessary but I was really satisfied with the amount of activities contained at this wonderful holiday

Excellent place to stay will be back

For families there was Plenty of air conditioning, when our baby slept the room was so dark and comfortable with thick blinds, so much room and comfortable beds

Everything was great the only feedback is we couldnt use the bath for the kids because the plug was the wrong size but everything else was amazing

Perfect for a family holiday

The bungalows were spacious and comfy, having almost everything necessary for a good stay. It was very clean and peaceful. There was air conditioning and tv's most rooms. The staff, especially Ava, were super friendly too! There were a wide range of activities that the whole family enjoyed. One of my favourite memories was canoeing in the lake. Overall, it was a wonderful place to visit, we highly recommend it!

The hard water. We were visiting from Sydney and wasn't a big fan of it. There should've been a few more kitchen utensil, as that would have been helpful.

Great place to stay with families

Loved the facilities - games room, pool, sauna and spa Great layout of villas, private

Paid almost $2,000 for our family to stay for the week and couldnt get any extra toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, clean towels, garbage bags etc without going out and buying everything myself.
