Bad choice never select.

Nothing except the location.

There are reasons - 1.the bedsheet and pillow were torn. 2. The hotel didn't provide airport shuttle service 3.the hotel didn't gave basic toiletries. 4.the price of the hotel is not even justified. 5.the mattress was so hard

The property is located well with lot of restaurants nearby and Sai Temple with 5 mins walk. The rooms are clean and the service is too good.

Disappointing

Not worth to stay at this hotel for the cost they offering per night.

Only pro is its 5 to 7 min walk to Gate1/4 and Dwarakamai . I couldnt able to find any good about this hotel. Close by to medical shops n hotels. Thats it.

Room is not worth 2K per night at all. Cleaning staff were lazy and late to respond. Order to restaurant service available but food not that tasty. No WI-FI available in room its only available in the lobby. Hot water is not great as well. Trash pick up is not done at all. Had to call them many times.

Average hotel. Little overpriced for the quality and services.

People at Reception were not welcoming, little bit rude. AC wasnt working in the first room. And staff was very confused if the booking was for AC or non AC. Also, staff was confused about turning on the AC. They finally realised that my booking was for AC room and then they changed my room. The new room was with faulty phone so I also had to ask to change the phone. Waiters and helpers were very helpful. However management or reception staff was not very responsive. Also, they didnt have shampoo and body wash despite of charging more than 2000 per night. They only provided 2 basic small soaps. I know that other hotels in shirdi with lesser charges also provide shampoo etc. Location was closer to the temple but was very noisy even during nights and early morning. So if you are looking for some rest or quiet place, look somewhere else. If you want better proximity to temple then this location is good. Food quality was good and room service was quick. And again waiters and helpers staff was helpful and responsive.

Wifi was only available in the lobby and not in the room which was useless. While booking I saw that WiFi was available hence I preferred this hotel. but then it was useless. They should not mention that wifi is available in the description if it is not available in the room
