1. 1st Floor is reserved for owners & even though you have booked a villa there is a clause that owners can stay at the same time. So those who want complete privacy may not get the same. They have a seperate entry for the same but there is a staircase leading from ground to 1st floor and easy for anyone to hear.
2. It's a rectangle floor space on ground floor with 4 BHK constructed in less than 1400 sq feet. So it's like a typical newly constructed mumbai house with matchbox size rooms . 2 Rooms are extremely small in size & other 2 are below average size. All 4 rooms should have been big size especially when you are on holidays & place like panchgani. Its not a spacious villa when it comes to interior of floor space. I was disappointed to see the room size.
3. Living room as 2 seperate sofa cum beds. Since floor space is rectangle if you are in a family than sitting arrangments is not good as both sofa cum bed are situated at a distance and you have to get chairs to face each other while talking.
4. Currently this place is not got for senior citizens as you need to walk down 40 steps. So it's extremely difficult for seniors. The host mentioned that they will be making a lift very soon and post that this can be good for senior citizen. So if you are planning a visit with your parents than be prepared that it's 40 steps each both ways for up and down.
5. Dinning area is again in basement for which you have to step down another 10 steps. Since the property is new staff needs to get some training with basic requirements to be placed on the table. We had to train them for simple things like arrange plates, spoons ,forks, salt & pepper, ketch up, which was missing when we reached. Also twice we got wet plates which we had to clean with tissue. We informed them on day 1 that whatever portions we order they need to give us in seperate bowls so that the same can be placed on both corners as it's a rectangle table.
