Family business and the people go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Home cooked organic breakfasts. Could not have asked for better hosts.

Was a little bit far out of the way, but with grab the old city was very accessible.

Beautiful wooden accommodation, super confortable bed, location is at 30min walk from main sites.

Unfortunately we felt like the staff at the reception was very grumpy when we first arrived, it was almost like he was making us a favour by helping us check in. We didn't find the staff approachable at all. Average breakfast.

Exactly what I needed to complete my trip to Thailand

There is nothing not to like about this incredible property, from the staff welcome to the amazing breakfast... the Ruen Come In is an incredible place to stay. The Grand Suite is not to be missed. I honestly can't say enough about our weekend at Ruen Come In.

Absolutely nothing! Wonderful place to stay regardless of your reason. Don't miss this spot.

Relax, quiet and comfortable

This hotel is family-owned, the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The personalized breakfast is fantastic, mostly freshly picked from their own farm! It's situated a bit outside the bustling city, yet close enough to access restaurants, shopping, and massages. I appreciate the architecture, the room is very clean and cozy, plus point is it has a terrace that I can enjoy a relax morning with my coffee.

Terrible. Because I read it was in the top 10 of boutique resorts

The room inside was nice and ok . Clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Because they call. And I get money back.

Everything outside . Dark building and if they never paint. No decoration. No flowers in the garden. The table clothes looks 20-30 years old No matras on the swimmingpool chairs. The buildings on the back ground The breakfast was simpel. NO COFFEE, NO cold JUICE And VERY,VERY NOISY. Because the room is on the road side. And on the back a highway. And many flights . Over the resort.

Staff were so friendly, facilities were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast and laundry available on site. The room was very unique and grand.

It is a bit outside the old city. About a 20 min taxi so not bad.

Awesome authentic stay

The breakfast was exceptionnal!! The quality of the food that comes from a little familiy farm was amazing. I would take breakfast there everyday if it was possible! The staff was really friendly and gave us a good overview of what was possible to do in Chiang Mai. The property is completely made out of wood so it made the whole stay more authentic as well.

A family run business and they are very friendly. So, I feel like staying in a relative home rather than in a hotel, it's like a comfort level homestay experience.
