Very good

Lovely people, great stay

This property is in a slightly quieter side of Cenang which we really enjoyed. The beach is beautiful and quiet compared to further along in the main area. The staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. For example, we had to leave early and they arranged a take away breakfast as well as calling us a taxi when we were struggling to get a Grab.

Comfortable, peaceful and satisfactory.

Strategically located, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and designed artistically. The facilities were always kept clean and the staff readily provided whatever was needed without hesitation. Situated where it was, the hotel was very quiet and private, and the units are arranged so that you and your family have a special place of your own. The greenery and presence of nature around the property was really a nice touch.

It would be nice if there were more events or indoor activities arranged by the hotel for the visitors. Furthermore, I would like to suggest that the pool be made deeper so that swimming would be more comfortable.

The service was always lovely even when we went up on a number of occasions to log issues with our room. The staff are lovely and happy to help. Hot water and water pressure was great! The bed is firmer but otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was nice with four cooked dishes on a Bain Marie with cereal, fruit, toast and freshly cooked egg dishes for order.

The rooms are very worn down and really need a proper renovation (I understand its a heritage listed property). We had a number of issues with our room including this water pressure thumping noise occurring every few minutes. We moved to a different room for a night with no problems while they investigated the noise and eventually fixed it. However then the tap was over tightened and water sprayed everywhere and needed to be fixed again The walk to the beach is along a back road which is fine but youd have to walk off the path to find it! Overall I think for the price it was fine but dont expect it to be pristine in any sense.

Superb

Comfortable room in a quiet location. We lived the wildlife around with Troops of dusky leaf monkeys walking through the garden occasionally. Room is clean and a reasonable size. Shower was good, but a little slow draining. Overall we were happy with our stay.

It had a nice resort feel..but things were rather run down and broken. Staff were pleasant and not difficult to deal

There was no water in the tank..so literally we could not go toilet. Only my room affected, after fixed..hot water not workingmaintenance must step up, its a beautiful place but things are old..it was a whole 2 daysbut they gave as solution and a key to use other room for toilet usage Light tube above the bed..right above my head fell off while I was about to sleep..luck for reflex I caught hold of it. Brought it up to management but nothing was done..

Nice design of the resort

The design of the resort is really nice. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, AC was powerful, wi-fi very good. Some finishing in the bathroom are not very well done so it makes it look unkept. The pool looks nice, but the water it's not deep enough for swimming, just to cool off. This things didn't bother us, but i write about it, so others will know what to expect. Breakfast was good and varied with things like noodles, fried rice, samosas, pasta salad, potato salad... which might be odd for Europeans, but you can have a choice of eggs done to your preference and of course bread, butter, jam, Nutella, waffles, cakes... Location is good, quiet, about 8-10 minutes walk to Tengah beach and 30-35 minutes walk to Pantai Chenang (quicker with taxi or Grab). We had a great stay and i recommend this accommodation!
