Disappointing

Very expensive stay overall due to resort fees and the like but very disappointing.

The location and the decor at the lobby.

The room - in particular the wooden bed base that makes so much noise even when you sit- the shower curtain that didnt look very hygienic- the passage ways with the dirty and smelly carpet. Old and worn out facilities by the pool.

The breakfast.Very poor .litle variety,I miss tomatoes. No waterYo have yo ask fir everything. I don't like the ketchup and jam individually,it's a waste of money. Also s female staff either the long rastafarian still hair going sll over the place on purpose. Disgusting and antihigienic fir a waitress.Should be in a pony tail

Disappointing

I have been to better hotels in under developed countries that were far better than this please read each reviews carefu

The staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate us. Centrally located the south beach boardwalk and the beach is in the back of the property.

The room was way too small and the beds were awful the frames squeaked with every move, and the mattresses were too soft and would sink in the middle. They were no place to put ones suitcase imagine having two like we had. The rug in the corridor was stained and smelled.

1) no parking lot, valet service was practically mandatory because of that 2) Booking.com reservation included 33US$ per night and they billed again, so I paid 66 US$ twice (is it to be reimbursed by them or by Booking.com?)
