Very good

We were upgraded to the presidential suite. Therefore the rooms were huge and much bigger than we needed. The balcony and the sea view were stunning.

The access into the water was quite challenging and not easy to handle. Even if there were multiple good restaurants on the hotel compound, there were no alternatives outside of the hotel within walking distance.

The view is beautiful and Luka in the breakfast went above and beyond to assist me he is the best thing about this hotel.

As many others have said this is NOT a 5 star hotel by regular standards. There are 5 hotels on the same site so pick the cheapest one with sea view you get the same facilities across the resort no matter which hotel you are in. The Driver for the hotel, 55 Euros, complained when he collected me he had been waiting, he drove too fast and was rude. The avocado they gave me at breakfast was brown and FROZEN !!! as it always comes to the kitchen - the chef lied to my face and said it was fresh. I was woken the first morning by gardeners shouting outside my window The second morning my the cleaning staff banging around outside my room The third by guest relations calling me to ask if I was having a good stay - when I was still sleeping. When I spoke about this she SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME - unacceptable. apparently not the first time she has done this. There were several stains on the carpet and one of the chairs. The A/C did not work when I first arrived. When I checked in I was told I needed to pre order a kettle in my room if I wanted one - incorrect. The same person took about 10 minutes to work out which restaurant could offer a salad. She sent me to the wrong place (the specialist fish restaurant) and the next day I found another one which had multiple salad choices on site. Guest relations where incorrect about transport information. They have no matches at this hotel or lighters for sale I Informed the reception manager of ALL these things to no avail.

Great hotel, nice room with large balcony & sea view. Very nice staff, helpful & friendly. A short walk to loungers by the sea and close to some restaurants & approx. 15 mins walk to larger selection of bars & restaurants. I liked that you could use all of the facilities of the adjoining 2-3 hotels which are part of the same complex.

Nothing really - was a great resort.
