1) nice bathroom design 2) view 3) attention to design detailing

I have stayed in many good hotels . A bit disappointed with the level of service. Staff are helpful and friends but lack the surprise element. Everything is within or slight fall short from a good Hotels. 1) no pillow menu selection. Mattress too soft 2) complimentary fruits not interesting 3) pastries presentation can be better 4) when back in room after the turndown serve , you don't have much surprises 5) no weighing machine in room 6) no laundry bag 7) two of the chairs near window can be changed to a two seaters sofa will be nicer You have a feeling they are on some cost saving measure. Providing the min for guests experience.

Great view but not worth it, brrkfast was very disappinting that ruined our stay and overall mood

Location next to K11 and view from the room

Breakfast was not good, many guests shared the same. Its ridiculous that you can order eggs OR pancakes and they were not the best. Quality anyway below expectations
