Nice rooms, not great service

The rooms were great, very spacious and lovely bathroom. We had a great couple of nights sleep.

Even though its a lovely hotel, it was very understaffed and the staff they had werent trained well at all. We ordered food and it took an hour and a half to come out because our waiter forgot. When we reminded him he said there were delays but it miraculously came out in 2 mins then.. cold! At ridiculous prices. We had to keep reminding the waiters for our drinks and they messed them up a lot. They need new trained staff and it would make the place perfect

Facilities, breakfast, cleanliness

We have booked 2 rooms as family and after our check out without even opening the minibars in both rooms, finance team informed me by mail thay there has been a consumption of Red Bull that none of us in the family tried once in life :) Neither room number, nor any other details were shared but directly charged from credit card in the system. Even no kind reply on my mails upon the transaction. Apart from the staff in the breakfast, we have an impression that there is a lack of professionnalism, attention to detail and expertise in the overall management.

New favorite hotel in Munich!!

Amazing and very stylish room and overall facilities, very welcoming and cool. We used the meeting rooms and the service was outstanding as well as the food options. All our guest were delighted with the food and drinks. Top quality! We also had dinner at Izakaya and it's was perfect: food, service, atmosphere!
