Everything about this hotel was amazing.. We were center stage hotel for the Festival of Lights in Berlin. Location was perfect..Roof top views of the Dome light show.. 10,10,10, 10, 10!!

Sad it has lost the quality and elegance it had a few years ago. I wont go back.

I went with my dog and it was received with a box of goodies. I appreciated that very much. Staff was nice. Gym was clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable.

It was run down. Bed headrest worn out. Old stained lamps by the bed. Ugly decoration unmatching materials. The place has changed a lot in the last few years. Saw a man bring in a prostitute to a next door room from the street. It was advertised that there was a pool and when I went to spa was told it doesnt exist anymore.

Fabulous! Location is outstanding and staff friendly

Wonderful staff, and concierge who organised anything I asked for. Beautifully comfortable room and bathroom with bath.

Slight sexist attitude towards a mature woman travelling alone. Tendency not to be treated the same as a man alone i.e. not offered table in best position despite being in house guest.
