Superb

Lovely stay - easy and good communications with the owner. Great location.

The location was great and had private designated parking within the grounds.The breakfast room was spacious and had a warm atmosphere.

The pictures on the website were of a particular room and although i had no complaints about my room, it was slightly smaller than expected.

Very comfy

Facilities and location were great. Very nice bathroom , comfy bed, lots of storage, tea making facilities, off road parking and a lovely breakfast. Very quiet with Keswick and easy walk away.

There was nothing to dislike - Id advise visitors to bring a torch so you can see the entrance door in the dark.

Amazing place

Lovely family run accommodation, clean and comfortable with excellent breakfast, staff very helpful and approachable. Nice little walk into Keswick with a very good country pub 100 metres away that do good food. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Thank you for another great stay.

Was all good. Comfy clean room, parking good, breakfast great, location good for my purposes, helpful staff and good communication, wifi good. No complaints

Highly recommended

Clean, comfortable and ideally situated for exploring the northern Lakes. Everything was as described online. It all looked very new. Great value for money!

The single room was tiny so being organised was paramount. Not easy for a bloke! The separate but personal bathroom, was excellent

The location

The cleanliness issues that I have sent to the owner but have not had a reply. The large dirty cobwebs the insects in the bathroom light, the stained mattress protector and the badly stained duvet.
