Everything was normal, fine. Seemed a bit too expensive.

Would be nice if the Renaissance Inn and the Residence Inn at the Depot were not in the exact same building. Pretty confusing.

Minneapolis fun city

The front desk staff was so efficient and courteous. The breakfast provided was great. The parking was ample. Access to hotel is easy. Room service was excellen.

No free water bottles in the room.

Good place to stay if you want to feel at home in Minneapolis' Warehouse District.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Room was large with the amenities I prefer when I'm staying a few days. No views, but's it's a 2 block walk to the river, the Stone Arch Bridge to Main Street and the Owamni Restaurant.

Good location. Decent breakfast.

Inconsistent room cleaning schedules. Would prefer every day. The front desk held a much larger sum on our credit card than the actual bill, which was unnecessary, not explained well to us, and somewhat distressing (it was a relatively long stay so the difference was substantial).

Big room, comfortable bed, desk for work, lot of equipment in the kitchen part. Polite and helpful staff at the reception. Tasty breakfast and a very good restaurant.Good location of the hotel.

The water in the swimming pool is too cold. It does not encourage to use it. Got a room with a parking view, not so good. It would be better to have a proper cabin shower instead of a bathtub with a curtain.

Awesome hotel would recommend

Very clean and very safe. The Milwaukee Road restaurant was phenomenal. Worked perfectly for us as it was a simple 2 minute walk to our passport agency appointment. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Beautiful suites with kitchen. lounge bedroom and bath room. Pool was awesome and empty at 6 Monday morning with its own towels and many lounge chairs

The complimentary breakfast was of cheaper quality. I'm careful with the food I eat and it was on the lower quality side but better than average

wonderful, but even in a womans world sexisim is the word of the day.

Specifically about the property, I liked that it was so convenient for my purposes , all the staff except Hector Viegas were so nice, the property is so beautiful.

the receptionist Hector Viegas, he is a very rude person, is very obvious that he has problems with women, he changed the reservation under my sons name, he never answer my questions he always talk to my son until he stopped him, the man is assuredly a chauvinistic sexist.
