Superb

A good start to our Canada holiday.

This was our first stop on our Canada family holiday. Good location in the city. Comfortable rooms. Good to have the kitchenette facilities and fridge. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Included breakfast was good. Kids loved the waffles. Helpful friendly staff.

We had a double quen room as we are travelling with our two teens. Would be good to have family rooms for travelling with kids. Others in our group had the King rooms which looked very nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet finished so early (9.30 on week days) we missed it the first day- for people on holidays and travelling internationally it was a bit early to be enjoyable.

Great location, value for money and comfortable room

Great options for the included breakfast, good value for money. Comfortable rooms, good location for exploring downtown Vancouver.

Don't know what time they will service the room. Cannot request for a certain time and if they cannot service the room at that time, they cannot come back later.

Very good

Overall, a comfortable & relaxing stay over the Christmas holidays.

The location downtown, the free breakfasts & the access to an on-site laundry.

No major issues. There was a little disturbance with dogs making noise for about an hour each of two consecutive evenings in a nearby suite. This was not on one of the floors where pets are permitted. After I mentioned this to staff, the problem was resolved.

It was very comfortable and relaxing and just perfect eat to recharge after 14 hour flight.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and had lot of lovely kitchen features that I didn't use but will consider next time.

Hard to read the containers in the shower for shampoo and conditioner. Small dark lettering becomes very hard to read without extra lighting and glasses on.

it was an OK location for exploring the city

The room cleaning regime was unpleasant - didn't care about the room not being cleaned daily - but to NOT get fresh towels daily wasn't acceptable. The breakfast was bland !!
