Residence Bologna receives positive reviews for its spacious rooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space. Guests appreciate the excellent water pressure and temperature control in the showers (Read More). The breakfast is delicious and the staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, within a short walking distance to the city center. The only downside mentioned was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was not resolved despite bringing it to the staff's attention. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Great location but sub-standard
Great location for sightseeing and courteous staff.
Poor maintenance and care, and not to the standard of a 4 star hotel.. Our bathroom had a window blind with a hole, a leaky shower basin and mould in the tile grout lines. In the bedroom, there was a broken and hazardous floor tile, plus the cooling system didn't produce cool air to reduce the uncomfortable warmth of the room. The reception toilet hand drier wasn't working as well. The hotel was at capacity and this meant that seating for breakfast was overwhelmed. The hostess and staff did their best to cope but it looked like both seating areas could do with their own hostess, rather than having the one rush back and forth.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. We like the location in 'old town' as we were able to walk to the castle, astrological clock and Christmas market with ease. Our two-room suite was very spacious and the beds comfortable.
Not a fan of the 'press-a-button' coffee machines.

Good location, nice hotel, few improvements can be made
The hotel has a great location and breakfast is delicious. The rooms have a good size and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Our family room faced towards the backstreet with dustbins and glass recycling which was very laud from early morning. Also we could hear the noises from neighboring rooms. The kitchen equipped in a funny way: there is an electric kettle but no teapot and there are pens and pots but no dare spoons. We didnt like that the floor was cold and there was no carpet in our room. There was a power outage during one of the nights.

Amazing place and recommended
Amazing location in the heart of the city, helpful staff, and great breakfast. I can't find anything that I didn't like about the Residence Bologna. Worth the price.

The breakfast buffet and it is walking distance to restaurant, Old Town. The cleaning crew cleaned our room every day and changed towels.
Rooms are small and it wasn't 2 separate beds. The place looks dated.

Perfect location.
Location is perfect. We were able to walk to all of Pragues main attractions. Breakfast was very good.
It was hot during sleeping time at night. We visited Prague during winter time and AC did not work in the hotel.
