Great stay in Prague! The complimentary wine was a nice touch.

The hotel was centrally located to Prague sites of interest, family friendly and had easy access to on site parking. Breakfast had a nice variety and the staff were great.

The shower leaked easily onto the floor due to the small partition so we went through towels quickly.

Quick stay, but be careful with parking.

Good central location, nice clean room and good size. Staff very helpful when needed and keen to help you understand the sites of Prague on your visit.

Sadly there was an incident where someone broke into our vehicle when parked directly outside the main entrance of the hotel. We were told this was hotel parking but it seems there are a lack of security cameras or monitoring at the front of the building. If you do come here by car, we would recommend parking either underground at a locked parking garage or elsewhere. Having said that, the lady at reception, Klara, was extremely helpful all morning and went above and beyond to help us get a last minute repair (on 23/12) to continue our journey the same day.

The reception staff was very efficient, friendly, and prompt in providing information about tourist attractions, transportation options, and the facilities included or benefits offered by the accommodation. There is a 'welcome' package for customers.

It wasn't very comfortable that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. There were no face towels, only bath towels, but we stayed only one night, so we didn't ask the staff for more.
