They charged me twice for my stay, once when I booked back in April (our stay was in November) and 41 for incidentals w

They pleaded with us that the hotel was full and gave us a room for disabled people and whilst I have no prejudice against disabled people or hotels having facilities to cater for them, I am not one of them.

Overall a good time and would recommend this hotel.

Food was excellent the times we ate at the hotel. Location was excellent to walk to St. George Street and many other attractions. Also accomodated us with really nice weather!!

The room was not cleaned daily and when I called at 4:00 on an afternoon of returning to our room to have towels sent since we needed to get ready to meet friends for dinner at 5, housekeeping came at 4:30 to clean bathroom and bring towels as I was getting ready in the bathroom to meet our friends (no time for a shower) :( Also, sat in the pool area in the afternoon for short while but there was no umbrella in the table. Asked about it and they said they did not have one. Would have been nice to have an umbrella for the table to help with the sun :(
