Awesome building with so much to see and right in the middle of everything! Beautiful

Amazing historic building almost like staying in a museum! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was great too. Would stay again just to explore more! Thank you!

We are from a lot smaller city where there are no parking garages and were confused by the process and finding our way through all of that.

Stay was okay.

Location was good for attending events in the downtown area. Walking distance to US Bank Stadium.

For as much as we paid I would expect a room that had better sound proof windows. On the fourth floor we could hear every outside conversation, traffic, sirens, etc. I get its downtown, but could be better. Better off staying further out and getting a uber.

There are better options in Minneapolis.

The lobby restaurant, Milwaukee Road, is good for dinner, and the kitchen is open relatively late (10pm). Right next to the hotel is Dunn Brothers Coffee, which is a great option for breakfast; their upstairs room is excellent for work in a relaxed environment.

The hotel is showing its age. The heating is horribly noisy; we had a hard time sleeping, even with earplugs (yes!) In addition, service is meh. The first day we went back to the hotel around 4p and our room had not been serviced yet. And on the day we were supposed to check out, the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door beginning at 8:30a, despite the fact we were going to leave by noon! Finally, while there is a (basic) coffee maker in the room, we only got one regular-coffee cartridge and one decaf cartridge.
