Poor

There is cockroach in the room and there is a bad smell in the room. It may have been a smoking room previously and it explained the smell. Though the service staff informed that there is no more smoking in the room but the signage at the lift lobby that we stayed indicated smoking floor.

Nice hotel but not so good

The staff is truly polite and helpful.

The hotel appears dated for a four-star rating, and improvements, particularly in the facilities and the corridor's odor, would greatly enhance the overall experience. The breakfast is standard and lacks variety in terms of international options.

Worth holiday to return stay at this hotel.

Early check in was granted. The staff are courteous. Breakfast spread was superb. Staff manage the long queue for breakfast was smooth and efficient. The housekeeper responded timely.

2D1N staycation

Renaissance never fail to impress from the security guard to the front desk and housekeeping. Welcomed by the lobby's signature welcome drink and fragrance. Managed to check in earlier than scheduled 3pm. Late check out was greatly appreciated even though it was peak season. Our family loves the hospitality and will return in 2024.

Aircon in room was too cold even though we adjusted fan speed and temperature. Lightings a tad too dim.

Amazing stay in outskirts JB

Breakfast spread was amazing, a bit far from City Square/CIQ (about 20RM if taking Grab from City Square area) but there is an Aeon mall and plenty of amazing food options nearby. Large rooms, big beds and quiet air-conditioner for a peaceful sleep.

Elevator sensor is a bit broken and unresponsive as people has been injured with the doors closing abruptedly

X'mas staycation

2nd time we stay here, love the safe & quiet enviroment

The room Ac was very diffcult to control, after we left the room w/o the keycard the Ac & lighting stays on... the pillow was rather uncomfortable, had to call housekeeping requesr for memory & buckwheat pillow
