I enjoyed the lovely stay at Amari, especially the breakfast however the parking charges should be clearer.

The property interior was modern, clean and had an amazing array of dishes for their breakfast. Bed and sheets were comfortable and the toilet was relaxing. They had many facilities other hotels didnt have such as a family room where families can get together and engage in different activities.

The notice about the parking payment was not clear. We didnt notice the sign about having to take a parking ticket while going up the carpark (the slope to the carpark was quite steep) and we used our Touch n Go card. At the lobby when we checked in, we asked the staff on duty regarding the carpark payment and he told us that before we go out of the hotel, we just have to validate our Touch n Go card. But he said we will be charged RM10 for the carpark charges. When we wanted to drive out the next day, we realised that the information given by the staff was wrong and that we had to actually collect the ticket at the entrance of the carpark. The staff working on that day claimed that there was a sign which already said about collecting the ticket, even though her colleague gave us the wrong information. However, we were refunded the RM10 but charged to our Touch n Go card for the overnight charges at the carpark (RM 2 per hour). It would be helpful if the sign was stated clearer and if the initial information given by the hotel staff was correct so that we could make the necessary arrangements.

Hotel is good but room security is worse.

Location for shopping is excellent

Lack of security in the room. I have lost my valuable Hand Phone together with all date and information. I leave in the room for only 2 hours. I made a complain to duty receptionist but no positive help ever taken other than asking the cleaner. The following morning I again complained to Duty Manager who promise to investigate. However it sound they have done lot of work but unfortunately I never been involve in the investigation perhaps at least reviewing CCTV together would be beneficial to me. More over the manager call me by phone of their.finding. in the late evening. No apology being asked for this Terrible incedent. It is very frustrated losing your valuable asset. Such as hand phone. The data n information are more important for me rather than unit hand phone itself. I sware I never stay again in this hotel in the future.

Good stay at prime location

Everything about the hotel is quite nice, lovely view of your room is facing the right side.

There were not any hooks for drying of towels. Pretty much the only negative of the stay.

Excellent location with a decent value for money accommodation option

Excellent location, breakfast spread was good, staff were hospitable and friendly.

Room looked a little outdated, could see algae around the bathroom, unable to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner in the room (had to use a bath towel to block the cool air), study table had obvious stains.
