Customers enjoyed the delightful lunch at the Rambutan Resort with a great atmosphere and good food at a reasonable price. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to guests' needs. Th (Read More)e rooms were clean, but some guests found the bed uncomfortable. However, the pool area was enjoyed, and the food and drinks were highly recommended. Special mention was given to staff members for their exceptional service and efforts to ensure a pleasant stay.

Very good

Really enjoyed it, and would come again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable even for our large group. The location was perfect for us, and the free coffee cards were much appreciated!

The sink taps for the two bathrooms were a bit loose and I had to hand-tighten the bolt holding them. A bit more maintenance on some things like this would be good. The showers were cool in the morning and I assume the water heater is solar- but this wasn't a big problem since it was pretty hot/humid when we were there- I actually quite liked the cool shower!

Superb

Townsville Oasis

Literally felt like an oasis. We stayed in the villa and the twin rooms. Both really comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool in the evening has lovely atmosphere. Very family friendly. Great location. Would recommend

The staff were excellent they went out of there way to accommodate us

The beds they really need replacing or proper toppers put in top when you have bone troubles you need a soft bed

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Friendly staff and great food and pool.

Mattress was a bit lumpy and too springy. Mattress need upgrading to memory foam. Noise from neighbouring nightclubs.

Pool was fab, great location, clean rooms, lovely bar with very friendly staff!

The glass bathroom door in the room was very hard to close and screeched when you pulled it across. Hard to connect to the wifi.

Very good

The room is very comfortable and there are plenty of towels and bathroom products provided. The pool area is beautiful. The pizza is excellent in the rooftop pool also.

The water and tea/coffee in the room weren't replaced each day. Our room wasn't clean although towels were dropped into the room.

An excellent choice

Great swimming pool, bar and restaurant. We ate in the restaurant every night at it was such a lovely atmosphere. Different deals every night.

Only the usual things. Bathroom a bit small and there was a Lack of electrical sockets you had to unplug either the fridge or the bedside light to free up a socket!! Our room did not get serviced on the last night of a four day stay.

Rooms are a little dated and shabby. The wardrobe in our room was broken and wobbly and the glass bathroom door wouldnt close. The soft furnishings looked like they needed a wash and freshen up..... ideal for those who want basic accommodation but if you want something a bit more then this is not the place for you
