Excellent location just 10mins walk from the metro stop. Staff was very helpful. Scrumptious breakfast. Ample parking space.

The air conditioner in my room could not be set below 24C. I would have preferred an adjustment capability till 21 or 22C.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food at the restaurants was good, especially breakfast. It was a great selection. The lobby and common areas were also very clean. It seemed like the employees took pride in their work.

The beds were extremely hard and there weren't enough pillows. It would have been better if the decanter restaurant was open for dinner or the other restaurant had more food options for children and picky adults.

It was a good hotel, with good facilities. I really liked breakfast and the fact that our suite had a Nespresso machine! We didnt use the pool as it was closed in November. But I will definitely remember this hotel if I go back to Milan during spring / summer. We had a huge balcony and I saw there were bikes that could be used. We had a suite and it really was very spacious. It basically was an apartment (without a kitchen). I really liked the porter. A very calm and friendly man!!!

It was hard to understand the lady at the reception as she had a very strong Russian accent. I am Italian, however, she kept asking me if it preferred speaking English (insinuating that I didnt speak Italian well??). The neighborhood didnt really feel safe to walk around at night. However the hotel and its parking lot did feel safe, we didnt feel unsafe leaving the car. This shows that the hotel has good security.

Great hotel. Room clean and has everything that you would need. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast fantastic! So close to metro station and it is in safe, quiet neighbourhood.
