Decent place to stay for one night but no longer.

The lobby was welcoming and clean. Check in and out process super easy. Front desk staff helpful and kind. Our room was very big which was nice. Tv had plenty of channels. The heat worked great to keep us warm on the chilly night.

Beds were on a metal platform that squeaked when we moved. I ended up sleeping in the other double bed because of it. Things were dusty and I found a cigarette butt on the floor by the bed in a non smoking room. Wish the mattresses and box springs had allergenic/bug covers. Room felt dated and dingy.

Glad it was one night!

Close to arena

No ice machine, people smoking in rooms. Smell like marijuana so bad in hallways it was coming into our room. Door handle was screwed up. Door wouldnt lock, made us nervous and scared

If ultra-modern is a requirement for your hotel stay to be considered satisfactory, then you may be fully satisfied as the general appearance of this facility is slightly dated. With that bit shared, we went in with fully managed expectations and had a tremendously satisfactory experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our service dog was welcomed. The parking lot was well-lit, the hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and for the price, all of our necessary boxes were checked (plus).

Easy and fast check in and the staff at the front desk were very helpful ! Very comfortable bed !

We loved the atmosphere and it was a nice perk to have a cocktail and sit by the fireplace ! Breakfast was very good !

This place is a DUMP!

The breakfast was good.

The place over all is a dump. Some one or many were smoking marijuana and cigarettes in the building. The side doors to get in were not locked because someone disabled the electronic device. The door was unlocked all night. The place is a is a dump with beer bottles out around the building, cigarette butts everywherejust disgusting.
