1- the hotel policy of forcing guests to sign a document as proof of some crap items in the mini-bar is really insulting. Also, at the time of check out, they keep you waiting to verify these items in the mini bar! As a frequent traveller, Genius Level 3 on booking.com as well as Platinum Elite member on IHG and BoNVOY, such an experience is for the first time for me. 2- The hotel rates are so high for the facilities offered. the building is old, rooms are not that clean, bathroom soap/shampoo were empty!

Good but had an issue with hot water in the shower.

Great location overlooking the backwaters. Rooms were comfortable and staff was very responsive. The restaurant and morning breakfast was excellent.

Hot water did not work and we had to bathe in lukewarm water. Not sure why this happened but they were not able to correct this.

We stayed in 314 and 315 room, Whenever we entered room it was stinky. In room 314 toilet flush not working fixed once in morning again night not working called housekeeping no.one came at 11.30 in night next day morning again had flush not working we used 315 room number toilets. On checkout day asked for GM email address no one gave. I just wanted to give feedback. In room next to bed you can find cable.plugin location such a way stupid fully where you have to get down of bed go under table to plug. When we went to swimming pool opposite changing room there was toilet and flush was not working so much dirty it was. I can.understand we didn't had lake view but 314 room number we were given wall.view means in windo immediately we see wall no space for any type of view. Hair dryer was not in bathroom we have to call housekeeping and wait for hour to get it and plug in big dryer machine.

The scenic location and calm atmosphere is the one and only attractions to choose this place.

The pipes rusted and the shower and hand shower not working properly.Poor maintenance of the facility.The food menu and taste was below expectations .

very friendly and helpful staff. rooms and all facility were clean. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. view of the lake was great from our room and having the pool was a helpful for the humid weather. food and service at the restaurant was great.

location is slightly out of the main shops but if you have a vehicle, its not a problem. the massage and laundry charges were a bit more than expected.
