The reviewers stayed at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown for a Christmas concert. They found the location convenient for accessing Temple Square but were disappointed to find that rooms onl (Read More)y had two beds or a single king. The hotel offered extra bedding but it never arrived. They enjoyed the views and above-average customer service. Free parking was provided. The hotel was undergoing a remodel but it did not affect their stay. The restaurant had good food but was a bit pricey. The rooms were beautiful and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was walkable to nearby attractions.

The factor it was on close to the top floor. And the view was good .. the rooms at first were nice very clean ..

The factor that the shower pressure wasn't as good as I thought it would of been .

Had a great stay

Location was great, everything was walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. I liked the cookies in the lobby. They were delicious.

The construction noise wasn't ideal but that couldn't be helped. Otherwise no complaints.

They over booked my reserved and paid for room and had to go to a different hotel then have the other hotel book over top someone and walked in on someone in that room that they over booked too. Lucky they had a different room. But the reason I booked the Radisson hotel was for convenience and ended up spending more than I hope for because of why I wanted to be in that hotel in the first place for walking distance of the things I was goin to.

Perfect location to be able to explore the city.

Room was great, we had a refurbished room. Bed was really comfy. Restaurant facilities were good as was the service. We had a lovely breakfast and ate in the restaurant on the first night for ease as we were going to the see the Tabernacle Choir rehearsal but the food was very good. Great room facilities: iron & board, fridge, safe and microwave.

Only a minor point on our evening meal on the first night, we had only just been handed the menu when the waiter asked us if we were ready to order - need time to read the menu first so we know what's available. Then when it came to desserts he handed us the menu and then stood there - felt under pressure/harassed - we should've been allowed time to read, discuss and decide on our own.
