(Read More) Another guest, a Diamond member, appreciated the hotel's location in downtown Salt Lake City and the easy walk to nearby restaurants and entertainment venues. They received a $15 breakfast voucher as a member. The hotel is older but still offers friendly service, working amenities, and a nice indoor pool. Another guest called it the best hotel they have ever stayed in, with friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable beds, and clean facilities. They only complaint was that the room did not get cold enough. Overall, they would stay at Hiltons from now on.

Very disappointing.

Absolutely nothing.

This was the worst Hilton Ive ever stayed at. Valet was advertised, but there wasnt any. There was barely any staff to assist with any, including checking in/out. Our room smelled so badly, and I dont understand how it passed inspection! After putting our things in the room and unpacking we went to eat and the smell was even worse when we returned. After a long day it was very frustrating to have to switch rooms, moving all of our things again by ourselves. We didnt feel very safe at this location. An exceedingly disappointing stay at a very high price.

Disappointing

Not worth your money. Room service overpriced, the property is in need of a renovation.

Location was good, close to downtown Salt Lake City, and the airport.

The toilet was constantly flushing itself as soon as I entered the room. I went down to reception to report it and was told they would send a maintenance guy straight up. 45 minutes later I had to phone and ask again. I asked for another room and despite them having availability, they refused. Finally after another 25minutes a guy came and repaired it. The booking confirmation stated that check in was 3pm and check out was 12pm. I phoned reception the morning of check out to reconfirm check out time and I was told 11am. I asked to check out at 12 as per my booking confirmation and I was told it would be an extra $35. Rather than argue, I declined. I didn't find the staff to be particularly helpful or interested in making my stay enjoyable. The room needed an upgrade in keeping with what you would expect from the Hilton name brand.
