Guests enjoyed the Indian restaurant a (Read More)nd the breakfast buffet, as well as the beach, pool, and spa facilities. The hotel is well-located for exploring the area, but may be best for those looking for a relaxing stay rather than a lively atmosphere. The only downsides mentioned were soft beds and limited activities in winter. Overall, it offers a pleasant and impressive experience.

Amazing New Year break. Excellent service, well trained and smiling staff, The food was amazing.

To sum it all up, it was perfect. Smooth check in, room available immediately. Tried most restaurants, the food was glorious and service across all departments impeccable. We requested an accessible room due to wife's disability. We were allocated suite 3638. It was spotless, spacious and ideal.

Interconnecting door leading to room 3639 needs sound proofing. Apparently we were causing an inconvenience to our neighbours!

It was a bonus having a suite as you could do your own food

Location fabulous with excellent staff especially Mario in the Mokka Bar

Breakfast served in the ballroom terrible just like a cattle market and food not hot Housekeeping didnt hoover our room for the 10 days of our stay

I picked the hotel as I wanted a relaxing and quieter experience. I got the opposite.

The location is nice

Right next to the location is a place where people can camp out. For 4 nights they were partying with very loud music and karaoke until 23 (one night until 24). Although I complained multiple times to the hotel staff nothing was done.
