Very good

Friendly stuff. Spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Good location.

It is little bit outdated. Bathroom could use renovation.

the location and the view

the breakfast was poor. The cofee was the worst. It was like a 3 star breakfast, just with a litle more diversity. The furniture in the room was old. The air condition is very noisy. The bathroom facilities was only for one person( one shower gel, one sampoo...etc). I had to was with a solid soap on the body. No option for beverages or snacks in the fridge.

very close to the center, but some things need to be fixed

the location is very close to the center very kind staff the entrance to the hotel and the lobby are very spacious breakfast (except coffee)

room: the furniture is old and part of it is broken, at least in room 305 where I stayed lack of usb ports for charging the phone (they have type G UK plugs) the light in the room is weak and the controls are poorly placed the toilet was terrible, it got clogged several times

Elegant surroundings, polite service, comfortable rooms, generous breakfast, excellent location.

The breakfast is plentiful, with a wide selection, and attentive staff. The hotel is located relatively close to the city center, within walking distance, and has a waterfront. Otherwise, the environment is calm and quiet.

My "biggest problem" was that the hot tub in the wellness area could have been a little warmer. :)

Good breakfast, great cleanliness, great room with great views. We had booked a room with the internal garden view, but we were given a better room with better views of the swimming pool and sea.

Very good

Overall it was good. Because the hotel is in a great location. It outweighs a lot.

The breakfast was very good, a large selection of food. The indoor pool open hour was perfect. I really appreciated the access to the sea and the possibility to swim in natural water

It took a really long time to check in the hotel, only 2 people from staff who can talk to each customer very kindly, but it is annoying for those who are waiting. I had to wait 30 minutes. It's annoying that the sink didn't drain. And the WC pot system is from the days when Malta belonged to England.

Great choice in Valletta

Comfortable, well run and efficient hotel. Not quite 5 stars but close, and good value. Breakfast buffet excellent. Free parking a plus, although one cant really drive in Valletta, so a lot of walking.

The food was really good and I liked the location. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The hotel was so hot (in winter) the heaters weren't even on, check in and check out took forever and the bathroom flushing in the room needed an update ( as it was really slow). The complementary shower shampoo , conditioner and body wash seemed like they were already used. I have no proof of it but the foil seal was not there and the bottles seemed half full. The balconies of each hotel room touched each other which meant, one can jump from one room to another which felt very unsafe.
