The facility offered a good value. The staff was also helpful and pleasant. The location was close to the interstate and multiple attractions nearby.
There were dogs barking in multiple neighboring rooms off and on all night, The shower drain was clogged with hair and wouldn't drain properly, so water filled up in bottom of the tub while taking a shower. ( I unclogged the drain and fixed it so the rest of my family could finish their showers since it was almost midnight upon our arrival) Over the course of 4 days stay, 3 different times, my family and i were approached by homless walking outside the buildings by the doors asking for change, smokes, and lighters. When we walked out to go to dinner, there was a homeless guy who was obviously tweaking and going thru the trash by the door. While we understand some things can't be helped, such as homelessness and such, most of this can with a little security, and a bit better maintenance checks.
