Very good

Great for what I needed.

The beds, the cleanliness, staff, and set up of the room.

The only thing that was a problem was the noise in the hotel. I know it was during a snowstorm but sometimes it felt like we we're literally in a hurricane

Superb

We had a great stay and the staff were amazing. Everyone was very polite.

The breakfast was okay. It could have been warmed up more and the bananas were to rip. The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff was amazing.

Amy at the front desk was so helpful. When there was a noise in a vent in my room, she moved me right away and when I accidentally left valuables in the room after checking out, she personally went to the room to get them and put them in the safe for me. Great customer service!!

The staff working the breakfast area were not helpful at all.

The food needs to be better and the coffee.

The room was clearn and ready ontime.

The food and coffee have gone way down. I was there when it first opened, the food was great. Now toast was so hard you couldn't eat. Coffee was bad and the juice was a drink not juice.

The staff was very courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant in the lobby. We had a great dinner there & they served a delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel was very clean and pleasant.

The only aspect we didnt care for was the heavy sliding bathroom door.

Disappointing

I love the convenience and location of the property.

Ive booked her twice and both times Ive experienced bad attitudes from the front desk staff. They all act RACIST. I was given unwarranted attitudes but watch customers with a different skin color get the best customer service. The first room they placed my family and I in, had a very bad corn chip smell. And the carpet was wet. It took me to complain about it twice and threaten to check out and book else where before i was given a better accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Everything was perfect. Our kids didn't want to leave! We are planning our next getaway to the Springs to stay at this hotel again!
